Refunds and Cancellation Policy

TRO The Right Opportunity (Pty) Ltd will not pay any refunds.

TRO The Right Opportunity (Pty) Ltd can cancel any voucher or coupon if the client cancel the TRO contract.

The cancellation of once off contacts if approved by TRO The Right Opportunity (Pty) Ltd will charge the client R850.00 per hour for work completed - if there is a short fall the balance will be paid out to the client.
The cancellation policy is stipulated in the signed contract between the two relevant parties.

Customer Privacy Policy

TRO The Right Opportunity (Pty) Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purposes of this clause, “Personal Information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from

By signing the TRO contract you as the client have agreed to our refund policy.

Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via by bank transfer (EFT) into TRO The Right Opportunity (Pty) Ltd.’s bank account, the details of which, will be supplied on the customer invoice.

Responsibility
TRO The Right Opportunity takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including sale of services sold on this website, customer service & support and dispute resolution.

Country of Domicile
The website is governed by the laws of South Africa and TRO The Right Opportunity (Pty) Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of a court process, notice or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

Variation
TRO The Right Opportunity (Pty) Ltd may in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
